When it comes to running our daily lives, productivity is something we all aspire to achieve. Whether it is being able to manage time better or remembering the list of things that need to be done, we all would like to be much better at keeping our lives organised. Sadly, however, this isn’t always the case and sometimes if not, most times we struggle to keep ourselves organised.
Well, that is why technology is here (although it is not for everyone!). Just as it is with every other thing, tech can help improve productivity and keep efficiency levels high. Here’s a short guide of some of the Apps than can boost your productivity.
The app provides a to-do list, notes, and reminders to keep you conscious of everything that needs to be done. In addition to that, you can share your lists with others, and assign tasks to them as well. The app provides sync abilities between web, desktop, and mobile platforms, so you get to update your lists in real time.
Todoist is a planner and to do list app. It’s a multi-platform planner app that provides a gimmick-free, clean approach to task management and interfacing. You can set priority levels by categorising tasks with colors. If you are looking to get things done easily, this is a great companion. “Regain clarity and calmness by getting all those tasks out of your head and onto your to-do list (no matter where you are or what device you use).”
Notion is an App that provides you with databases, kanban boards, wikis, calendars and reminders. You can connect these components to create your own systems for knowledge management, note taking, data management, project management, among others. These components and systems can be used individually, or in collaboration with others. The App is very popular with students.
