I started my career working with children and families but for the past 10 years, I have been working with adults with depression, anxiety and trauma, especially with complex trauma and I use evidence-based therapies. I am also a certified Clinical Neuro-Psychotherapist.
I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency, and also a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the College of Clinical Psychologist.
I still regard myself as Seychelloise and travel back home every 1 or 2years. I have two teenage sons and know all the challenges of raising them in a big city like Sydney. If not for them, I would be back home as I miss my family, friends, the people, music and food.
I am passionate about healthy lifestyle, cooking, nature, yoga, meditation and connecting with people. I strongly believe in being grateful and enjoying the simple things in life. I see all challenges in life as opportunities to grow.
I am excited to be a part of Cosmocreole, and I sincerely hope that I can be of help to some Seychellois women all over the world.
